Llanasa is one of those rare Welsh villages where history, landscape, and community blend into something quietly remarkable. Its medieval church, dedicated to Saints Asaph and Cyndeyrn, watches over the village, and within its grounds lies the grave of Gruffydd Fychan II — father of the legendary Owain Glyndŵr, the last native Prince of Wales.
